"I love this community and so does my dog. I'm sure it be even better once they are done with the renovation project. I see that some people have a negative opinion of the on-going remodel, but it doesn't really bother me. I enjoy the dog park and the convenience the location offers. I'm sure that the nice ladies in the office are just as eager as the residents for the renovations to be completed."

"Honestly, this has been long overdue. The Bristol is an organization that does not give a darn about their tenants! The amenities that we pay for are barely ever available. The elevator goes out every 2 weeks. The gym has been in rebuild mode for what seems like years and the pool is cleaned and never opened? I rarely ever leave reviews but DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value peace of mind. If they don't fix these issues soon I may have to intervene, but Lord knows I do not want to! Do something about it Bristol!"

"I love the area and apartment however 6 months of our lease is left and we have the most inconsiderate upstairs neighbors known to man. I understand that’s apartment living but it constantly sounds like bowling ball is being dropped above us all day. I’ve tried contacting the leasing office but to avail. Please don’t let that steer you from the building,we’ve had nothing but a good experience here."

"The apartments themselves seemed very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately during our touring experience the lady in the leasing office was less than helpful. Her poor attitude was very apparent from the moment we entered the “leasing office” which was actually just one of the 2 bedroom apartments in the complex (which was fine, they were doing construction). We did make an appointment prior to touring this complex. We were not greeted upon entry. Questions were answered with a very unfriendly tone and forced smile. The mannerisms and facial expressions of our tour guide conveyed the idea that she was not happy we were there and did not want to rent us an apartment. We were told that the website was up to date; however, apartments listed online as “available” were not. We were told the complex was at 100% occupancy and we were only able to view the model apartment. Our tour guide was not well informed and did not bother to show us anything else in the complex (amenities, mail room, common areas). I am led to believe that management is unwilling to assist with issues that residents encounter based off of the attitude of our tour guide. I feel that we would have been more inclined to rent here if we were shown more hospitality."
