"This is PART 1 (water removal) of my review. PART 2 (clean-up and repair) will follow upon completion of that portion of the job! First of all, "ditto" to all the other 5 Star Reviews! Upon contacting Disaster Doctors, Maury responded promptly, completed an assessment, discussed results with me and had his crew on site the following morning! The affected/flooded area was our basement which included several rooms most of which were stacked to the ceiling with "stuff." Introductions were made and they went straight to work with an apparent will. His crew packed and moved all the items out of harms way to a safe location. I was particularly pleased with their care when packing and relocating. They handled all the affected items with care including items which obviously had little or no value! One thing of particular note was the fact that, when appropriate, his crew did not TELL me what they were going to do. Instead, they told me what their plan was and afforded me an opportunity to have input. This input was most appreciated when it came to"
