"I went there for service on my used Outback I bought from another dealer. They were going to go over the vehicle for me to check anything that may be wrong with it. They provided me a loaner vehicle, which made it much more convenient for me. I was expecting them to find a whole lot wrong and not release the car due to safety issues, you know to make a boatload of money off of me like so many other dealers do. To my surprise, they notified me of over $3200.00 in repairs that needed to be done, but also informed me that it would not be advisable to spend that kind of money as there was such extensive frame rot that it would not pass it's next inspection. That is the first time I have ever been told by a dealership NOT to spend money. The look over only cost me $108.00. $32.00 less than I expected to pay for a diagnostic fee. So, in short, when I get ready to replace my Outback, Capitaland Subaru is where I will be going. They have earned my respect, and all of my future patronage when purchasing, or repairing my vehicles. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me, and they have both. Cudos guys!"
