"When I walked in the office everyone was nice and spoke to me. They wasn't fake or stuck up they were friendly and fun I had to say I like some places. They made me feel welcomed. I like the office and Maintenace staff I liked apartment the price and the area. If you are looking to move move here."

"I had the pleasure of visiting this community last week and found it to be a very pleasant community. I enjoyed how it was nestled into the environment surrounded by trees. It is centrally located with shopping centers in the close vicinity plus is located close to the interstate highway. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a friendly and cozy place to live."

"I have had so many issues in my apartment. The ceiling in the hallway bathroom leaks water & plaster in the tub. This has caused mold to grow in the bathroom. The office came & sprayed sealant only after the Durham Health Dept. came. I have had mice chew through the cabinets in the kitchen because Pest Control hasn't come in about 5 months. The office does not follow up on issues in a timely fashion. Leaving tenants to feel like they don't care."

"Lived there from 06/2019 - 10/2023. The last year, I experienced the most issues from noisy neighbors and poor communication from the front office. It was discovered I had mold in the apartment, and they had no urgency to actually work on my original work order. They were able to replace the cause to the mold (water heater), but assuming since I had less than 2 months left in my lease, they never treated the mold. Attempting to communicate with the office in the last few months was horrible. I emailed the front office and s2 residential for support and never received a response to my inquiries. The front office staff were barely present during office hours, and of course, they barely answered/returned my calls. The two stars reflect the surrounding areas being convenient to my lifestyle."

"Horrible place to live! That's why I'm moving!!!! Just horrible. Since it's been the sawyer it's been absolute horrible!!! Had a tree crash into my bedroom.. sent me to the hospital. They are refusing to even talk with me about my hospital bill! They don't even answer their phones! They don't care about your well-being. Please get your own insurance!!!! Cause they won't cover you. Tree branches fall regularly on cars and the building. Watch out!"
