Amberton at Stonewater Apartments

"UPDATE! I CANNOT believe this place has sent me to collections for $214 AFTER I have already paid their final statement of what they said I owe. I have also implemented my federal right as a tenant and disputed this bill on 6/22. Here it is 12/23 and they are contacting me again for more money. I refuse to pay any more money and we can fight it out in court. I don’t think any judge would rule that I owe anything else after you did not fix anything that broke while I was there. I saw your weak attempt at an apology a year ago when I posted how terrible you are as landlords. If you really want to fix it, call off the collection company you have sold my information to Rent Recovery Solutions and tell them I don’t owe you anything. I will not pay you $214 after paying almost $2k from the final statement you gave me during Covid when landlords were limited on collection. Besides, I have moved and have been gone from there going on 4 years now."

"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! 10/10/2023 This is the worst apartment complex I've ever seen. Throughout the summer, they kept the pool closed, and only opened it for two weeks before winter arrived and closed after 2 weeks, despite the fact that we paid rent that included the pool and gym for the entire year. This community's gym equipment is never repaired. They never clear their trash, as evidenced by the photos below. We left our trash out front of the door less than 15 minutes the other day since I couldn't leave my kids alone and thought to take the trash out once we were done cleaning, and they charged us $25 just for putting trash out for less than 10 minutes. Apart from fining people, they have never done anything helpful for the community. ========= We tried to reach out the leasing office to ask for maintenance help and they never pick up a call. We won't be able to live here without any service. Management getting worse here. Created work order and asked for maintenance month ago and, no one showed up yet. Calls almost everyday no one calls back. Insane! Regret to choose this place a home. Trash service is worse than I thought. I added some pics below, this is how their Management works."

"We lived in Ambertone at stonewater for 2 years and it was an excellent experience, it is a very nice community, clean, pleasant spaces, good neighbors, and excellent staff in the leasing office, Mr Dallas and Dawn Gabriel always treated us with love and helped us throughout the entire process. The apartment was of very good quality and beautiful finishes. I highly recommend this community and its spaces, you feel a family atmosphere and a lot of peace. Thanks for everything…"
