"If I could give a 0 rating I would. If you want to throw your money away this is the place to call. We were having a bad smell from ductwork and called them. It got so bad we actually cleaned the unit and all ducts ourselves a couple of days before they came. So they came and did the exact same cleaning job we did except they overloaded us with cinnamon and vanilla scent (a cover up ). Their ad on line says ask about our discount for senior citizens and churches. Was to be 10%. He quoted $725 for the supposed job and gave us a $25 discount!! Now where I went to school that don t add up! So the next day the smell was back. So about a week ago I called to let him know we were dissatisfied. He got very defensive, would not listen nor let me talk then told me he was driving and there was police near where he was so he couldn t be on the phone and he would call back in a few minutes. That was a week ago and haven t heard a word!! Never will I m sure. Never trust someone who hides behind their religion all the while ripping you off for a job not done.
