"We used the dog Wash and I was pleased with it overall. The price is very expensive if you have a long haired dog that will take much longer to wash and rinse, like we do. That's my main complaint. The machine takes cash or credit but does not give change for cash. Having only a $20 bill, we had to use that and that have is one hour of washing and drying. Within that time I was able to shampoo my dog twice (he had fleas), condition, and dry him, plus rinse the tub well and have 9 minutes to spare. He's a 35lb Aussie. Otherwise the water took a long time to get warm, probably close to 3-5 min, which eats into your washing time if you have a dog that can't handle the cold (or if you can't). The facility is clean and accessible, my senior pup did not have trouble standing on the textured floor of the tub or jumping in, and I had no trouble reaching over the sides to wash although I am petite. The dog Wash has windows into the laundromat facilities, so you could keep an eye on your laundry while you wash your dog, which seems like it could be useful to many. I'm sure we will be back! I just wish it were a bit less expensive."
