When they tell me my car needs work, I know it needs it and they will do it as economically as possible. Yesterday, I brought my car in for an inspection. On the way there my front right tire hit a piece of metal and was destroyed Although he was busy, he took the time to replace my tire. He even gave me a choice of replacing with brand new or with one that matched the wear on the rest of my tires that saved me money. Owner believes what goes around comes around and so will treat you with respect. I have called for advice on several occasions where he knew he wouldn't be the one to fix the car but he gave me good advice nonetheless and it's a definite plus that I live right around the corner so super convenient for me."
