"Half of their washers and dryers don’t work. It’s always a mess. There is no working phone number if you need to get in contact with the owners. There is a tv but no remote so you can’t watch anything. I would take pride in my business and keep it clean and learn how fix my own machines to be honest. For every machine that is down, that is money out their pocket."

"If you are looking for places to wash your clothes in Wilkes County, there are two other options, use them first. Consider using a rock down by the river before this place. Prices are high, place is dirty, but above all machines are not maintained. On today's visit, 50% of the dryers were not working, but only half of them were marked out of order. So I'm out a couple of bucks. Last time, change machines were down. Both times, the place was dirty. Decided to actually call the number they provided- doesn't work. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Had 1 basket of clothing and it cost me over 20 bucks. The dryer's were luck of the draw. 2 dryer's 40 minutes and 6 dollars and dryer was broke. The number they give for issues was not in service so I'm out money for services not rendered. That's pretty close to robbery by proxy. Will never go back other than to recoup my money. There are to many options close to deal with this. Washing machines are 3.50 for the small. That's 2.00 more than I have ever paid."
