"Lived here since 2013 with my wife and kid. Over the years, we have seen many changes to the property and management and I can say that no one is better than TRACY SPENCER. She is someone that cares about the resident and deserve more recognition. Her superior needs to know how lucky they are to have Tracy Spencer on their team. I hope they will give her what she deserves for the tremendous amount of hard work she puts into the property. It is not an easy job. We will definitely miss her, but we are off to better things in life and will have to say good-bye to Trinity Station. We are so glad the new company, Morgan Properties, is putting up renovation on the property. A play ground will be there, if not already there. I think a dog park and laundry in EVERY unit will also be in the works. But, I am glad they are upgrading the property and giving more amenities to the residents. This was home for a long time and we are so glad to see how it has evolve over the years. Food for thought, don't listen to the negative reviews that are on here about Tracy Spencer. She does HER best and that is what matters! People that feel they are "entitled" will NEVER be satisfy; therefore, it is always easier to become a keyboard bully and bash someone on here. Coming from someone that lives here since 2013, trust me when I say, Tracy Spencer is an awesome human being and property manger! If you stay out of trouble, comply with the LEASE AGREEMENTS, and pay your bills ON TIME, you'll be FINE! Otherwise, she will be force to do HER job! It's simply call being an "adult". That is all for me. Take care and hope you choose this place as your home soon. ;)"
"Great starter apartment 1 bed/1 bath, lived here 3 years before moving out Dec 2019. Even though I didn't plan on moving when I did, I enjoyed my time there. If there was more space, I would certainly move back! The units are somewhat small but comfortable and enough space for one person. I have never been in the 2 bedroom units but I imagine they have more space.The biggest perk for me was having to enter the building to actually get to your apartment. Even if people saw you going in the building, they didn't necessarily know which way/floor you were going to once inside. (The doors are broken at times or someone may prop it open but this was not a huge deal b/c others still don't know which apartment you went to.) Quiet neighborhood, everyone mostly stays to themselves. The office hours are pretty standard Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 so if you work an office job that isn't close by, picking up packages at the office can be a hassle but other than that, no complaints!"

"Trinity Station Apartments is a good apartment if you are looking for a affordable place to live! Management is great & always so helpful. The property manager Tracy is so nice & friendly. She makes you feel comfortable & truly cares; as in, She will make sure that you qualify to live there before she makes you pay for anything, especially if a place is available but won't be ready until the next month. She does not discriminate anyone, and is truly informative! She always works hard at her job and makes sure to provide you the best quality service; same goes with maintenance. They have renovated some of the rooms here at Trinity Station and I will say I definitely love it! This apartment complex also has a pool, great for kiddos. This complex is also down the road from a park that is great for families & for pictures! The location is not so bad either, you are literally one exit down from Target, Marshalls, Party City, YMCA, etc. I would definitely recommend Trinity Station Apartments!"
"We have been living at this apartment complex since 2013. We have seen and experience multiple office managers come and go throughout these times. There is no doubt in my mind that the current property manager (Tracy) is the best one we have so far. She does not see color or discriminate anyone. She is genuine and is a hard worker and will work with you and your family. Honestly, without her managing the property, I truly think this place will fall apart. Now, there is less pet feces around the property and things are much cleaner compared to the early years in which we have lived here. Maintenance comes and get things done in a very timely manner. They truly care about you and your family. The current property manager is such a sweet lady and she is extremely informative with rent, utilities, and any other questions or concern one would think of while being in apartment living. If I have one complaint about anything broken in my unit, they get it done. Trinity Station apartment is very convenient because it is literally down the road from Rowan Cabarrus Community College. Target, PetSmart, and other good local restaurants like E-Noodles is literally one exit south of here on I-85. Hwy 74 is right here as well, and it is a fast way to avoid traffic to go to Huntersville. Food Lion is literally less than 5 mins away. And on the weekends, there is small local farmer's market across the street of Food Lion at the intersection of Winecoff Rd and Orphanage Church Rd. And honestly, the rent is the most affordable in the surrounding area, which is why we have lived here since 2013 while I am finishing school. Have a positive attitude and you will be treated with respect."
