"I regret moving here for real! They’re money hungry this the FIRST apartments I’ve heard that require you to have a $300,000 insurance policy. This apartment is not worth $300,000. Also, their fees are CRAZY. Late fee $75 typical late fee is $50. They charged me $75 for not having insurance one time when I actually had insurance. Then they charge a monthly fee for their online payment app/site. This is student housing basically apartments are set up like dorms. The HALLWAYS ARE NASTY they hire low maintenance workers to come and clean the apartment hallways not really professionals. The gates are left unlocked a lot of times anyone can get in your building. I don’t hear from the office people too much so I don’t know how they are really. I’m just ready for my lease to be up I don’t stress nothing really cause I know I’m not renewing my lease here."

"I have lived in the community for the last three months, and I have had a great experience. The office staff has been very friendly the few times I have interacted with them, and the apartment is exactly as advertised. I have had one minor maintenance request, and it was completed quickly with no further problems. I have not encountered any problems with rodents or pests in my building, and the valet trash service picks up trash that is put out according to the directions. I have seen rodents around the large dumpster area when I went exploring around the community, but I never have the need to go over there because of valet trash. Like in any apartment community, there are people who do not clean up after their dogs, but the dog waste bags have been replenished in a reasonable time along with the trash receptacles. I love living here, and I think the sidewalks and walking trails nearby are well-maintained, and it makes for a pleasant experience walking my dog through the community. I'm glad I moved in."

"Honestly I do not even know where to begin! Terrible terrible terrible! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Any positive review is probably made by management. All my neighbors are just as fed up! The elevators have been down for weeks now, and on top of the this the door to access my floor was broken to the point you couldn't open it and has been broken since and just left wide open. There are people constantly smoking in the stairways the lights are always out making pretty much everyone feel unsafe since the gates are always open and there have been homeless people sleeping there. Management does absolutely nothing. There are car break ins, people who don't live in the complex constantly in the pool smoking weed. Loud parties in the pool thrown at night. We pay for garbage pick up yet no one picks it up. The hallways stink like a death! the hallways are all stained due to the garbage being left out. There are rats ALL over the complex. Packages are being stolen. You can call management over and over and they never have an answer. My apartment door has been damaged for over a year now and no matter how many times someone comes out to check it they just clear out the work order ticket and do nothing about it. The amount of flies in the apartments and hallways are overwhelming. The garbage in the common areas are pretty much always overflowing. Our rent is ridiculously high for the terrible living conditions. We cannot wait to get out of this lease!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"As a resident for three years I am completely shocked by the way this property is being managed!! Rats are taking over the community!! I spoke with the manager Simone and she hasn’t returned my call yet!! I even left several messages with corporate and no response. It’s very rare that anyone answers the phones. The trash waste basket, and dog waste disposal baskets around the community haven’t been emptied in several weeks!! My unit has been flooded twice in less than thirty days. I’m afraid that there may be a rat infestation in this community if this isn’t addressed quickly. Valet trash hasn’t come in a few days. How can such a beautiful property come to this?? I hate that I renewed my lease at this point!!!"

"This seems to be the only place that the management will possibly listen. There are rats all over the property. It’s disgusting & they have yet to do a single thing. Whenever we complain to the leasing company they don’t seem too concerned. This needs to be a HUGE concern. Rats are a huge sanitary issue. To say I am frustrated with this leasing company would be putting it lightly. I have videos to prove & show of all of the rats that come out particularly in the early morning & late evenings. Also, since valet trash hasn’t been doing their job the rats have now migrated up into the hallways."
