"My mom had a water line break yesterday and reached out to her homeowners and they sent her to Servpro for help. Wesley and his team were the ones that responded. Wesley was so nice to mom and so professional. He had a call he had to take care of on his way to her, but he let her well informed of what time he would be there and communicated nicely to let her know he was coming even though it was getting late. After he arrived, he and his team were thorough and found her issue. They explained everything so well and reassured her that it was going to be on and how they would fix the problem. He was compassionate and friendly and very helpful. This team represented Servpro well and we will definitely call them for future needs! Thank you Wesley and team!"

"I had to go make arrangements to bury my husband and when I got back home my downstairs was flooded from the storm. I called SERVPRO for I was overwhelmed. They sent Jeremy and his crew out the next day. They sucked all the water out from beneath my house, and out of my carpet. They left fans and dehumidifiers under my house and downstairs in my den, bathroom, laundry room and foyer. They came back after my husband's funeral and collected their machines. They didn't charge me the 2 extra days their machines were here during his funeral service and burial. I don't know what I would have done without them. They were very polite and respectful during my difficult time. I will definitely tell others of their hard work and dedication to meet all my needs. "Wesley Shelton, foreman of the group who came to our home, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. The entire crew was polite and did their jobs very well. It could have been much harder on us having our kitchen floor torn up, but the guys kept reassuring me that all would work out. It sounds like the end of a runway with a jet taking off, but the dehumidifier keeps spitting out water. Thank you all for being prompt and knowledgeable.
