"Wish I could also give these fake cons a zero...I was a resident 14-1/2 years and three years of my residency as a renter with these con-artist who brought into a fake out of state water company causing me too have eventually a $200, a month water bill which I eventually had to file a complaint with the Utility Commission in response to them doing nothing they would not renew my least and they filed like some of their fake reviews-A Fake Eviction -So Sweet considering I'de just come out of the ICU and been there 14-1/2 years....People I just wanted anyone who plans to move in there or resides there to know the type of incompassionate cons you are dealing with...May God Have Mercy on Their Souls!"

"Not a grocery store. It an apartment complex that has changed its name a few times in recent years. I believe they're attempting to wash away there past. The neighborhood is not that bad, it's just not a come up."

"This place is horrible. The property manager Belinda is racist. She is denying all African Americans that come to apply. But when you go to the office tons if Hispanics are moving in and signing leases. Im a witness as I have sent 2 applicants who were well over qualified. Hometrustee is suppose to be the corporate office but they have no direct contacts for consumer complaints. One family recently moved due to bed bugs, poor maintebance, management staff, up keep of units are awful, mold everywhere, water leaks and crime is outrages. Units are are waaay over priced. And the regional Jose definately doesnt care. If you move here and have problems no issue regarding your unit or complaints will be resolved. Current residence if you are having issues your best bet is to move or contact HIS or city of charlotte at 311. Stay far away from applying to this property."
