"Don’t let 901 place lie to you about anything there has been murder and robberies in the past of living at 901 ontop of lots of drugs bust that went down. But moving forward, the staff team will not listen to your needs if you don’t want to live with pets or not they will put them with you regardless and ignore you. When they first take you into a “perfect apartment they have on the far right of the main building with the only place with “rocks” it looks all cool until they throw u into a apartment and it will look like a trap house with roaches living with you. Any apartment below the 3rd floor will have roaches 100% all the staff team either living with each other or have they own apartment on the 4th floor. Some of them own a who apartment 4br4bath or 2br2bath for the own taking this place been nasty for years. Move to another place and save ur money they don’t care about you 200% will evict you without hesitation even if they promise to fix ur apartment or any reason. Gym smell like ah too but gl"

"Great place to stay. Management and Maintenance tend to every need in a timely manner. They host monthly events to keep everyone engaged and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I am very satisfied with Latitude49 & Shout out to the maintenance crew for their amazing hard work!"

"The maintenance team was amazing! They came to fix my issue so quickly and were able to figure out the issue in minutes. My toilet was leaking and they were able to mess around and figure out the issue. It was fixed quickly and they left my space clean. They also helped with additional maintenance that was not requested in the form. They are the best!"

"Sure this place looks somewhat decent on the outside, but the management and the people that actually run the place, terrible. Absolutely terrible. Let’s start off, you’re a college student trying to settle in and move into your new apartment. You get there and the apartment is a mess. Complete mess. Food in the fridge, not been cleaned AT ALL. Their excuse for this is, oh we already had a tenant living in the apartment as they had renewed their lease.. so we couldn’t come in and clean. Are you serious? You have three other people coming in to live into this apartment and you say oh we can’t clean because there’s someone living in there. Okay. im never living here again LMAO. That’s not the worst of it, cockroaches outside, valet trash that costs $10 does not even take trash out most of the time. They see the trash outside your door and don’t even pick it up. We were charged a fee because of this. Ridiculous. I should have listened to the manager when she said we can move you somewhere else. However, when you just finished moving in, setting up your room, climbing up three flights of stairs to get to your room, I am so sure that you wouldn’t want to go through that process again. My father who is handicap, helped me throughout the move in process and I was not about to have him move me into another apartment. Management is the worst. No offer to reduce the cost of the rent even though it was the worst introduction to the apartment. $584 to live here. you get what you pay for, sure. But DONT ADVERTISE AMENITIES that you are not even offering CORRECTLY. DO NOT LIVE HERE COLLEGE STUDENTS, THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS THAT ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY."
