"I think the renovations are nice & it’s spacious ….however it would be nice to include Washer and dryer connections in an apartment that is over 1600/m for just 2 BR. Not a high ceiling so you can hear everything above you if you’re on the bottom level"

"Front office help from Hazel is always very helpful and timely. She helped me move from Oklahoma to North Carolina all by her effective communication skills with calling me as soon as possible to give me additional information about my unit. She switched my unit after looking at it for me and found another better and that’s not big but when I’m not physically able to see the unit itself, it shows that she cares. Finding someone who genuinely cares about what she’s signing someone up for what could be at least a year of you hating your home. But I don’t have to worry about that with Hazel. Thank you again."
