"I have never left a review on anything EVER, but please don’t move here. 0 communication between employees in the office and random charges that are difficult to dispute because they never answer the phone and are never available to talk. Not to mention, during our years we had a leak from the apartment above that caused mold in our ceiling that was shrugged off, and significant water damage from a hot water heater that was never assessed after an initial 48 hour dehumidification from another company. (This happened to our neighbor as well). Personal theft, an armed robbery, and gun shots in the apartment above us/parking lot was never a concern to management. If this isn’t enough— the lack of dog waste receptacles and risk of stepping in a surprise when you walk outside should be"

"If I could give these apartments a zero star I would WORSTTT apartments ever and WORST management especially the women in the office named Claudia really unprofessional and disrespectful, the maintenance people never fixed anything always said they would come back later months passed by and never came. So many crimes happened here and the security cameras supposedly never worked. I recommend looking somewhere else DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"It's a great place to live, thy apartments are big, and you have access to a pool. They have 2 parks, 1 soccer field, 1 volleyball court and a basketball court too. The staff are nice to, if your native language is spanish, no problem, they can speak that language too. If you have any problems with the air conditioner or with the filter of water or anything else, they send you sombody to fix it as soon as posible. The apartments come with a washer and a dryer so you don't have to worry about that. Sincerely I will choose this place to.live ❤️"

"The community appears to be nice from the outside. Unfortunately, I wasn't given a tour. Upon visiting today, the woman in the office told me "you can take a look around for yourself" but there's no demo apartments or any openings. VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! NOT... I also was ready to drop off my application because the woman I had discussed everything with via phone was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the application I was told I could print online was not the same (although still similar / usable). The woman in the office was very short with me and told me "where's the rest of it" and "I don't know who told you this"... Well, I did verify the only differences is the form she had thrown at me was basically in Spanish and English which makes it an extra page longer. Also the first page is for office use only. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and not very thorough. If this is how you treat potential residents, then I WILL PASS!"
