"We had a really great experience when we toured the apartment with Stephanie. She worked with us through the leasing process, and she made it very smooth and responded quickly to all emails. Apartments are cozy and the location is convenient."

"A quiet apartment complex on the East side of Charlotte located between Uptown and UNC Charlotte. While maintenance has fixed some of the issues in my apartment, the amenities that were mentioned are not included: the Pool has not been working since moving in, the fitness area is not open 24 hours, and the back parking lot does not have any lighting which is a safety issue. There is not a visible sign for the apartment complex when guests are coming over which has also been an issue. I will be looking at other places when my lease is up that includes these amenities."

"I moved into my apartment in June 2023. This is a late post but better late than never. Mary was amazing! She was very friendly and professional. She rented to me the most renovated apartment they had with granite in kitchen and hard wood floors. I didn't have all the upfront payment to move in and they allowed me to move in anyways and pay later. Thank you so much Mary!"

"The maintenance crew is amazing! Jose and Ivan stopped by today and were extremely considerate and respectful of our space (I work from home). The entire maintenance crew is always great and they don’t do anything at all without your direct consent. There are a few more things that need to be fixed in our unit specifically but it is very easy to contact management and resolve issues or give feedback. The property has improved a lot since we moved in 2 years ago. New parking lot, theres a gym being built, new mailboxes, etc.. the only issue is the neighbors are usually pretty loud, especially on weekends."

"I’ve lived here for going on 3 years now and I’ve seen a lot of owners come and go and not really care about the needs of the people that live in this apartment complex but Tatiana is different. She definitely walked into a lot of challenges but during her time here she’s made changes to our community and is working to continue to improve and make changes for the best. I recommend staying here it’s quiet and drama free."
