"This place and staff is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve always been on time with rent never gave these ppl not one problem but to fix several issues they just painted over. Apartment had a bad smell couldn’t breathe and every time the issue was bought up they make up excuses bad odor roaches, mold and all have attitudes. I would never repeat never move in a place like this anymore!!!!!!!!! They deserve no stars!!!!!!"

"I have never lived somewhere so deplorable in my life. When I moved in about a year ago, I immediately could tell my unit was not professionally cleaned. It smelled off and my feet were black after an hour walking barefoot. I cleaned it up myself. I did submit a request for the air vents to be cleaned, as they were covered in black dust(?) upon my arrival but I was told to stop burning candles and nothing was done. I was only given one unit and one mailbox key. I was confused as to why I did not receive laundry/pool keys, but then I learned that they are unlocked facilities. I have seen random people inside of the laundry rooms charging their phones or sleeping that may or may not live here. There would be no way of knowing. There are only three small laundry rooms for us to use. I've only seen one and it has five washers and six(?) dryers. One of the washers does not do a spin cycle so you have to pay double to dry those clothes. The machines are the smallest I've ever seen and the laundry room itself is usually filthy. The water is constantly being shut off for emergency repairs and the same generic message is sent out each time, which tells us the repairs will be done that afternoon (even if the message is sent out in the afternoon, which makes no sense). The area is unsafe. About 6 months ago, I had to report gunshots outside of my apartment after I found the shells. CSI has been outside of my apartment dealing with my upstairs neighbor at one point. At another point, an ICE agent blocked my car and questioned me about who I was living with because apparently the tenant before me is wanted for something. So, I was being watched by this agent for a period of time and didn't know it as there is no other way he could've known which car was mine. The absolute worst part is the German cockroach infestation. Just this morning, I killed 8. I requested pest control come and they did, but absolutely nothing changed. On my own, I discovered they were living inside of the walls, electrical outlets, and every single crack that the apartment has. I spoke to the manager about this and asked that a different pest control company come and that I be present to see what is actually being done. I was told only Action (the company they contract with) can be utilized and since they did absolutely nothing the first time, I simply exterminated the unit the best I could by myself (traumatizing) and submitted my request to vacate. I had to "exterminate" them myself twice - once when I realized they were coming out of the outlets, and another time when I discovered they were living inside of my Xbox. I am absolutely dreading going through my things to finally pack up because I know I will find more hiding in all my stuff and am terrified that I will bring them along with me. This place has had a serious effect on my mental health and I dread going home each day. The only possibility of the positive reviews being valid would be because they are coming from extreme poverty or homelessness, and this place was truly an upgrade for them which is absolutely tragic. Update: I’ve discovered the cockroaches have invaded my furniture and I must throw everything I’ve worked for out to start new again. Hundreds of live roaches were living inside of my things and eggs burrowed everywhere. It won’t let me upload the videos I have, but in one photo you can see in the back how I tried to take everything apart in attempt to save things. I lost approx. $3,000 (TV, sound bar, Xbox, TV stand, coffee table, couch, dressers, night stands, among other misc. items like mirrors, etc) worth of furniture/items from living here. Roaches were inside of it all. Manager (Patricia) offered me $10 cockroach gel to treat an infestation of this magnitude. Update #2: I received a debt collection letter in the mail after never receiving notification from Central that I owed anything after move out, even when I had inquired directly prior. So, not only will this complex traumatize and take everything you own, but they’ll try to ruin your credit as well."

"This place sucks! We get people that don’t even live here all the time. People like to steal things from others peoples property. There is no security that comes around here and do not feel safe. People are doing and selling drugs in my apt complex. People are always amd making a lot of noise all late at night! Trash is always full cause u got lazy people that don’t dump there trash out. The office people don’t really know what there doing with a place like this. And I don’t understand why u got one damn dumpster for this big apt complex!"
