"Good job. On time delivery."
"I had dropped off two suits a vest and pants. The pants needed altered less than an inch. I was informed on Friday they'd all be dry cleaned and ready by Tuesday. My wife went to pick up this morning and the pants never were touched because the lady was on vacation til the end of the month. I fly out tomorrow on a trip, it's fine they weren't altered but they never got cleaned as well. Don't tell a customer one thing and do another. Very Very disappointing. Will drive out of town to get my suits dry cleaned in the future. No communication is done with staff or they are not properly trained. Again disappointing I have half a clean suit."
