"Black mold!!! Mold coming out of vents!! Between October-Jan black mold in my apartment has surfaced. Mold also coming from the vents, when I reached out they wanted to “treat” it and paint over it, until I told them that was not an appropriate treatment. They removed the section of black mold, while my son and I were in the apartments- smelling the awful fumes of whatever they used to treat it/paint and did a terrible job fixing it at that. They Never replaced my mold infested vents, or cleaned the air system. I have been sick for two months due to this. I requested permission to move due to this & my request was never replied too. Also you have to pay for parking, didn’t tell you that until you signed the lease. I have contacted corporate about this"

"Me and my husband took our son to see this apartment and the lady in the office Ryan was so sweet and took her time explaining everything she made us feel so comfortable. She had our son so excited to apply for this apartment. Thank you Ryan for the great experience."

"If I could give 1 star I would , the bugs are ridiculous. they are no help when it comes to cooperating with the police for a report . If you let them know you will be late on rent they WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED BACK TO BACK UNTIL IT EQUALS THE AMOUNT OF RENT YOU OWE ! and then still expect you to pay rent after they have costed you $1300 ! No repairs have EVER been made my sink has been leaking since I moved here and my husband had to fix it his self ! They are no help with anything , even the app the use to allow you to pay your rent doesn’t allow you to pay the whole thing so you have to wait a week making you late"

"I visited this complex. So I can only give you my visiting experience. The pool on a 95* week of extreme heat has been closed all week for repairs. I get it, but how do you not get a simple part for a large complex RIGHT AWAY. And, not only did I have to pay to park while visiting, the parking app was broken. So I to inconvenience my friend to pay for my parking. Who charges a guest to park. To me it says, we need more revenue let’s charge the visitors. But you already own the parking lot, which is empty, but I don’t even live here so why would you have me pay. I’d never move to this complex and I suggested my friend move out along with the other 5 residents I saw packing up while I was there."

"0 stars if I could! Moved into the apartment with the promise of a washer & dryer that came in 3 months later..BROKEN, and yet to be fixed as I'm moving out. MOLD all over the apartment in every window/doorway that was ignored by the leasing office with several complaints. They are not in office during scheduled hours. The only positive in the office seems to be Ian who is trying to clean up the mess of this complex but this is a terrible place to live. They have gaslit me and ignored my concerns with several concerns. All of the kitchen outlets have not worked for 7 months, as well as BUGS. Roaches EVERYWHERE!!! Several holes in the kitchen and bathrooms that they come from."
