"New management....no one in the office answers the phone and online portal does not recognize my apartment number. How am I supposed to report maintenance issues? The office response is a lie.... I was in the office and staff was there when I posted this. Is there a reason there is no way to put in a maintenance request. Of course I still have a maintenance issue no one has been out to fix it"
"These people are liars. I’m owed a refund check from June, it’s now the end of November and still haven’t received anything. Spoke to two different people on four different occasions about this matter and kept being told it’s been or will be sent out, yet weeks go by and I still receive nothing. Why keep stringing me along, if you know you owe someone money then pay them."
"New roofing on the buildings this week, which is a plus for sure, but maybe spending some extra money hiring some guys with brains would make them not throw all the old roofing where people need to walk. These are my stairs to get to the parking lot. Walked outside to take my pet out to use the bathroom and they are still just throwing down roofing not looking at all as if no one lives here. Do your job ofcourse but be respectful. Clearly the apartment complex decided to not speak to those working for them."
