"I’ve lived here for about three years now and honestly the affordable housing is what makes it palatable. The layout is a very nice and modern, but Unfortunately that’s all it has to offer. The apartments were built with poor insulation to the point were you can hear your neighbor’s conversations through the wall. You can hear foot steps from the levels above you and people going up the stairs. It’s a non smoking community but people smoke. It’s supposed to be a pet less community but everyone has a dog and Of course they don’t clean up after it. They can never find consistency in the leasing office so it will definitely be hard to communicate any issues or maintenance requests. The leasing office is always closed so don’t expect to speak to someone immediately. This place has potential but good help is hard to find."

"So far my experience has been great. The apartments are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The hardwood floors can sometimes make it noisy because you can hear footsteps and children running. I have read some of the negative reviews but I don’t agree with them. The office manager Amanda, is professional and communicates well. It is 2022 and maintenance requests can be sent online. I communicate via email so it doesn’t matter if someone is in or out of the office to receive my request. I stay in my lane and don’t socialize with or judge my neighbors. With the rising costs of housing, I can appreciate living here. We all have a choice we can choose where we want to live but you cannot choose your neighbors or management. Let that sink in!"
