"The roaches & nats in the unit/property, The dirtiness & bad odor within the unit, the size of the bedroom spaces, the rotting/water damage of vanities in the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets detaching from the wall etc.. the photos that are online regarding the in & outside of the property are completely misleading. The unit looks nothing like the online photos not even close. A lot of noise all hours of the day & night. Very disappointed how mislead & lied to by property manager (Iris) my family and I were."

"I just ran across the above bad review so here’s my review.. I called and done my reports on these slum lords as well.. no renovations just painting the steps and cheap $15 siding , appliances that they don’t even manufacture anymore 1900s kind I guess as long as they work use them and keep the rent as close to the newer renovated apartments. Old creeky floors windows are ridiculously old. I guess there’s a new person in the office who sends out all these letters daily I’m collecting for a suite she need to take the stick out her a*s or get one in. Sitting there to make bare minimum wages!! READ NC RENTERS LAWS BEFORE U MAKE THIS COMPLEX A PART OF MY ASSETS"

"This place is completely terrible now. Everything was fine with the old management but the new one is a different story. If you're interested in moving here don't. Lots of broken promises. There is no enough staff and they take forever to accomplish one thing. They open the pool months after every other complex with pools. They're not consistent with anything what so ever. They really need to get their act together instead of riding around in stupid golf carts in such a small area. If you have children stay away. Pool will ever be open"

"Not worth it! too much money for this place with none existing facilities. If you have any other option, then please do not rent these apartments. Reasons: There is trash everywhere and they charge you for "Valet" trash They charge you for "PEST" control each month, yet PESTs are everywhere They re-modeled outer layer of these apartments however inside is absolute Garbage. They charge you for "Water" and "Sewer" which was included in rent just 6 months ago. Laundry area most likely will make you puke, yet they are so cheap they only give to 45 minutes on dryers since there is100% chances you will have to run it again, so they make more money on that as well."
