"If you're thinking of renting at this property, here are some things that you may need to be aware of: *Before* paying the non-refundable application fee, just know that you will need to give them your work payroll credentials and password for 'employment verification'. They won't just take your paystub. Their vendor will keep calling you asking to enter your work payroll credentials on their website. You'll also keep getting emails saying if you don't perform the verification soon, your application will be denied. As I understand it, your employer's Workday has all your personal, demogrpahic, work history, payroll and W4 information. If you give these folks that password, it's unclear what information they'll take, how long they'll retain that info and who else they'll give it to. So if you don't want to give them access to your Workday, you might want to avoid this place. For rent, they wouldn't take any form of physical payments such as personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. Again, be prepared to provide your bank account user name and password on their website or you'll need to take cash to a 7-11 or Walmart and pay the rent for an additional fee or by using a credit card for a $30 fee. It's strange an apartment property manager would demand all these online account information from the tenants. Typically billers and service providers want only the account number and the ABA routing number for making a payment from a checking account. But for some reason, these folks want direct access to your bank account. It's unclear if any of this personal information they gather is transmitted or sold to third parties. If that's the case, it would be a data security and identity theft risk. I don't know if they have any guarantees or insurance if they happen to lose your password or personla information. Even big tech companies with huge security budgets lose private information these days. Bottom line is if you're hesitant giving a third party access to your bank account and your work payroll credentials, this might not be a place for you. In general, my experience here has been that the property management seems to assume people reside here because they don't have any other option. They seem to be coming up with new rules whenever they feel like it. They'll also tell you the preferred method to contact them is by creating an online service request on their resident portal. But if you follow that process, they'll just close your request without taking any action. The office manager who showed me the apartment in August was friendly but on the day of my move-in appointment, I learned that he'd suddenly quit. It's been downhill ever since. I definitely regret renting at this property. Had I been aware what the experience was going to be like here, I definitely would've chosen a different property."

"I have to say out loud that the new maintenance team of Dee and Chase is absolutely!! What we needed! Also the new MAnager Grysela is a pure joy and super professional I have gotten more things done!! I’m two days that I have not gotten in 11 months! Wow!! What a huge difference already! Repairs that I was struggling to receive were met immediately!! All my appliances all!!! Are in working condition that is the 1st time I can say this here Thankful! I am extremely looking forward to see how they turn this community back around!! Coorprate has been supportive and extremely decent while I have experienced a lot of personal challenges. This community may not be perfect but it has a finger on the pulse! And they are definitely trying it is felt! And extremely appreciated."

"Lived here for two years, very happy I’m moving out soon. Besides unfriendly staff and unacknowledged work orders, it’s an unsafe environment. Following a cannibalistic murder and car robberies there’s no patrolling being done (unless you count the tow company) or at the very least, working security cameras. Packages go missing, neighbors are loud, concerns are unheard, maintenance enters unannounced, just all around an uncomfortable experience. Then, when you’re ready to leave management will harass you. 1/10 don’t recommend"

"I hope that before you set foot in the stone door you see this ok let's start again I'm tired of saying the same thing office they have to do something it's not possible that these types of people do not respect one's right for example noise, having parties In the hallways of the apartments every night there are people playing soccer late at night they sent an email saying that Iván will solve this problem that they would even break the contract with the people who do this by not respecting the contract that they do not have We have not done nothing to solve it. This continues to become more and more unbearable. It is during the day that you will see children from 1 to 15 years old playing day and night. I don't know if this is a crime. Why don't I think they study all the time? Young children are outside in the parking lots without anyone's supervision. . It's a shame how they ruined these apartments with people like that, this place was safe and quiet, but now what's scary and sad, and let's leave aside how you see trash everywhere, wherever you walk you'll see mattresses and children playing. on top of the mattresses and you will even see sofas in the trash and you will see children sitting on those sofa-mattresses and I will feel free to always post a comment whenever necessary so that new people do not waste time having to struggle with this problem"
