"Place has roaches, wrongfully sends you fines, and doesn’t stay consistent on anything. I literally found a roach in my bed when I was sleeping. Please do not move here. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING. I’d be happy to name better buildings in Charlotte. MAA is TRASH like the bags that litter the hallways. Let’s also talk about a building that accepts no fault or consequences but is so fast to turn around and get you. Please do not do this to yourself. We are out as soon as this lease is up! Horrible living experience."

"I have lived here about 8 months a truly enjoy and recommend it. From my first tour, I knew this is where I wanted to live. The leasing office staff is helpful and friendly for any questions I have. They also organize delightful events for the residents on a monthly basis. The amenities check off all my boxes and the location is prime. I work in Uptown and can easily walk if weather permits or take the light rail which is just a 10 min walk from the complex. The apartments are spacious and are “smart” meaning I can control many things from an app on my phone. I like how the apartment doors are code controlled bc I certainly have a history of locking myself out. Absolutely love it !"

"Great location. The price and maintenance team were good while I lived there. The people that work in the office are nice people and help with anything they can, sometimes corporate management restricts what they can do. The overall experience was terrific."
