I wanted to mention that I have noticed a visible difference with the over all look and cleanliness of the property since Nick and his team members have been there. "This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. If you are considering moving here, just save yourself the money and go ahead and move into a cardboard box in a McDonald’s parking lot. My apartment flooded, and the management only put in a dehumidifier, ripped up a part of the carpet and left. 7 months later as I am 2 weeks away from moving out, they finally decide to replace the carpet, to prepare for the next tenant. They force you to use their internet, even tho connection is so bad that you’ll probably have to reset the router twice at day. The apartment complex itself is disgusting. There is no security at all, the only thing that they have, is police constantly getting called to the point that they might as well move in. My ceiling fan has fell off the ceiling MULTIPLE times and the only time i got It fully fixed was when i had To fix it myself. They installed “motion detector” lights, if you could even call them that. Instead of the lights turning on when you open the door and walk down the hall, they turn OFF when you walk down the hall, making the entire purpose of the lights void. This is only scratching the service of all the things this scam of a apartment complex does wrong. You’d think that they wouldn’t raise the rent YET AGAIN knowing that they can’t even get the basics down. To summarize, don’t move here, this company is trash and way over priced"

"PAOLA TORRES- MORALES is an amazing leasing agent !! She will explained the whole rental process in depth and if you are a current resident such as myself, she will make sure all questions and concerns are appropriately handled in a timely manner. She will go above and beyond to make sure all needs are met; She has exceeded my expectations. Though my lease is coming to an end, she has offered many options for me in regards to renewing and staying with property. I would love to see her grow within the company and one day become a property manager herself( if that is her goal, of course)as she serves as a great asset to Knightvest! It has been Paola who actually met or attempted to meet my needs! If you all are interested in this property, please speak with her as your move in process will go smoothly and meet all of your expectations . The property has been under many renovations / changes for the last year, and I am honestly happy to see how far the property has come. I’ve been a resident for 2-3 years so I’ve noticed the many different employees in the office during the new property mgmt transition.I wasn’t excited in the beginning but I’m happy my last year was a good one ! From the moment I came into forester leasing office, Paola greeted me with a smile and was nothing but kind, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the move in process. Her customer service was outstanding and truly made me feel at home as soon as I walked through the door. The apartments are modern cozy and offer a lot of amenities.
