"Took two pair of jeans to just be cut off was told they had to be sent off so I waited two weeks. Went to pick up and legs was not even cut straight so the lady tells me she will contact the lady and I can come back the following day to pick up. Went to puck up lady had not brought them, so she said let me give her a call. She said she’ll be here in 5 minutes??? She brought my jeans back within the five minutes I looked at them they still were not straight so the lady ask the cashier to give her a pair of scissors. I said no with frustration and walked out the door. Get home lay them on bed and this!!! Crazy will not ever take anything else there. This is why I didn’t cut them myself cause I knew they would be uneven and one leg longer than the other. One thing I don’t appreciate being lied to whenever the woman just lives 5 minutes away!! Charged me 19.50 for both pairs! Not a happy camper right now. I wouldn’t even give them one star but had to to leave this review. Beware people"

"I am not sure what has happened maybe the business sold? But the quality and the turn around time is subpar to other locations near by. It has been taking almost a week to get my wash and fold back. 6 months ago it took only 2-3 days."

"This business will get your dry cleaning needs taken care of in a jiffy. The wash comforters, sleeping bags, and other large garments that are too large to wash in your washer at home and they are my go-to when it comes to handling my suits and tuxes. Their prices are fair, and they are open when they say they are open (they do close on Monday-Frday at 5:30pm ET)."

"They ruined one of my favorite and dress shirts, there were dark lines that looked like ink smears all across the front! I had to throw the shirt away. The girl at the desk just kept saying “it was like that when it came in and we tried to get it out.” I told her that it wasn’t like that when I brought it. She said “I don’t know what else to tell you.” I sai I will never be back here again. They even charged me for the shirt even though they ruined it. I advise you to stay away!!"
