"Omg i absolutely loovveee the new assistant manager Ms.Sharal!! I’ve had many experiences with the office staff over the years and I can absolutely say “she’s the best” from start to finish I loved her energy. I walked In to a smile and her greeting me right at the door. She welcomed me into her office and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. I came back a second day nothing changed still a big smile. She was patient and very helpful on many things I wanted to know. She educated me on the changes and informed me on the new things that they are trying to put in place for the residents. I can honestly say I am very happy and pleased with the experience she gave me both times I came into the office. She is amazing. Thank you Ms.Sharal for all your help I really appreciate it."
"I put application in and .I keep calling and never got a call back. And keep trying to find out about my application. Later only to find out I was denied for only having a duke power bill on my credit. My son is disabled and we need a home . I have no evictions. I feel I'm being DISCRIMINATED against. I guess my STATE case worker is right . Fair housing is getting a call !"
"It’s nice an convient, however WE DO NOT (I DO NOT ) Have full access to the gym, the pool , my mailbox key doesn’t work. ( an I get off work at 3/5a an have to wait until they get here to have access smh that’s really annoying bc I need to be napping for work ) Service is horrible & TO TOP it THEY ALREADY increasing the RENT ! Haven’t even been here a full 60days ! An it’s already being increased smh which is completely ridiculous considering y’all are lacking a lot of things. NEEDS PARK FOR KIDS . !"
