"This “place”if I can even call it is so horrible,if you ever think of moving here don’t.I’ve been living here f for about 4 years and I’ve just wasted my time in such a trashy,disgusting,pathetic,pitiful environment,I’ve been robbed almost 4 times and yet the office does nothing to prevent this problem,the manager of so unprofessional and honestly untrustworthy personal to the community,the people upstairs make so much noise and if we make a little tap on the wall they immediately reported us and acted as if we’re where the problem when really they are,they’re a bunch of bums who drink and play music and throw up on our level yet they act like victims,all they’ve been are a bunch of energy sucking leaches and shouldn’t be a part of any space in the world.but my main point is that this place isn’t worth anything,the pool is always closed,there is trash everywhere,sewage leaks through the walls and through the side of the building,the washing machine doesn’t even work,bug infestation and when we put a complaint about all of these factors combined and errors they never do anything about these issues and everyone who works here are so unprofessional it’s disgusting and filthy everywhere I go I hope this place gets sued so no one will have to suffer this much,and if the manager is reading this actually take accountability for every situation and leaving everything at blank.your a genuinely horrible person and I hope someone sues you and this whole complex gets shut down."

"Called to inquire about availability. Female agent with middle eastern type accent answered very low and quiet with simply "Hello Oak Park". When I asked about availability of a 3br within the next month or so she immediately responded "we have nothing available". When I countered and stated my move date can be flexible and asked if there would be anything in next few months she simply stated "we have nothing till July" No attempt to probe for info to see if there was something that could work or fit my needs and no sense of urgency to work with a client. Think I will take my business elsewhere."

"I’ve been calling this property for a year on and off checking for availability and every time it’s a short response , “No we don’t have availability” which I find hard to believe . The leasing office workers are moving they're family in which is why the complex is filled with people who look the same lol . , 0 stars. Get better management !"

"2/23/2021 The manager has absolutely no level of professionalism. I went to this property today to inquire about rates and she had all her blinds to her office closed. It was by pure luck that I even knew she was there because a vendor knocked on the office door and she answered. It was the vendor who told her to help me when she answered the door and slightly cracked it. When she began to help me she firmly and while visibly annoyed asked “how can I help you”? When I asked about pricing she tried to rush me away by giving me a business card and told me to call and ask about information. I then asked for a price list, which she reluctantly gave me. When I left, I called the office to ask a question. When she answered she tried to get me off the phone as fast as she could and actually hung up abruptly at the end of our call. No “thanks for calling”, no “have a good day”, but instead all the attitude. As someone who works for this industry, this infuriated me. If this is how she treats people who are looking for housing, I can’t imagine how passive she must be with the residents living there. After reading a few reviews, I’m in shock this person is still employed with this company."

"The most unprofessional manager ever. Manager can’t even give you a reasonable answer. I’ve moved in July 2018 and so far it’s been horrible. Ever since I moved in I have been fixing all the repairs in my apartment. Reason why is because maintenance works have no clue how to fix things at all. I needed a new thermostat, they brought a new one to replace it. Maintenance didn’t knew how to install it. The new thermostat was for a gas heater and not for an electric heater. I had to go to Lowe’s and buy one out of my pocket and install it. I never got reimbursed. Fixed 3 power outlets be sure they didn’t knew why they didn’t have power on. Today on the 31st of October my wife and i went to the office to speak with the manager about our neighbors smoking weed and cigerates in their bathroom. When they smoke in the bathroom, all the smoke goes through our bathroom exhaust fan. You can see heavy smoke come out of the bathroom fan. My wife is pregnant and I can’t have that happening. Well the manager was notified twice already and her response with an attitude was that she can’t do anything about it. She also said that he put a fan in the bathroom and our apartment to blow out the smoke. There is a safety hazard especially for my pregnant wife. So what am I able to do next? I hope anybody doesn’t plan to move this apartment complex at all."
