"Since it’s gotten cold the rats have found their way to our apartments it’s almost as if they pay rent smh … they have chewed holes to get in and they hide during the day and come out at night smh hard to get a good night sleep cause I’m chasing to get him out the kitchen , we’ve tried traps and all that and those old school traps do not work .. they are inside the wall you can literally hear them screaming … been here three years and this is my only problem like something needs to be done about this"

"This locations contain a "Karen" who live in apartment D. She lighter and accuse me of pointed a firearm at a child to get me evicted and send me to court. No the First court date she never showed up. The reschedule and the judge help me get an attorney. After showing my attorney at the footage proving that I didn't do the action. She was subpoenaed in order to show up for the second court date. She never showed up. They found out that the address and her name she was fake. She put down (3915 Apartment A). Luck for me I notify the judge where she lived. Right next door to me before I was evicted.I inform the court the correct address. Hopefully they'll be looking into her. I'm taking with an attorney to help me deal with apartment complex wrongfully evicted me an later for the officers of CMPD. For aided her accusing me and getting me evicted (After showing video evidence that I didn't do it). The past 23 months I was a victim of her playing the "victim" . she uses law enforcement accused me of actions that never occurred. When they show up I would show them the footage. She would complain saying I'm not supposed to have a camera. Even though it's on the lease that she did not read. To the point I no longer have faith in cmpd since they aided in her attempt to falsely accuse me."
