"Every one star complaint I related to so much. The only good thing about this complex is you’ll get the space for your money and thats about it. When I first moved in my neighbor told me to run and I should have listened. Eventually the things she told me she was leaving for caught up with me also. So the little touch ups faded and the horror stories were my reality too; mold in the bathrooms, fruit fly infestation during warmer months, im talking way more than normal, dirty carpet ( I had to hire an outside company), hvac issues all the time, etc. They’ve sprayed the bathroom multiple times for the mold in the popcorn ceiling and nothing works. Please don’t send anything to your own home because 1 out of 3 packages are going to come up missing. Work orders that are marked complete without any work being done. If baffling how you’re aware that your complex is having the same pest issues and you’re charging them for pest control. You’d think they’d put everyone on automatic sprays and have them opt out rather than having to opt in. A place over your head is better than no place at all but at what cost. People work too hard, rent is too high in NC to not be provided a proper living space. My daughter and I have bad allergies and I have asthma and the chemicals and the mold aren’t safe for our health anymore…I’ve put in request after request, talked to the staff, tried to be patient, send a complaint email and did not hear anything back. I even asked to be moved to an “updated” apartment so they’ll have the opportunity to fix my current one and didn’t hear anything back. I’m assuming they’re trying to let all the old tenants fade out so the little upgrades they’re doing to the vacant apartments can make everything seem good here. Please do not write me back “ARIEL” about addressing the issue and sending that automated reply about you’re sorry to hear all this. Because you all know! Also your workers don’t deserve the hell they are being put through because the company can’t get it together. I’m so grateful to finally be gone now. Even through all the hell I wish you all well…"

"Samon, Monet, and Christina are the best team, bar none. Any minor issue your complaint that I might have had as been quickly resolved - clean lawns, trash is taken out on time, property is well kept. Highly recommend this team."

"If there was a 0 star option I’d choose that. Been here for 6 months and already trying to leave. Since day 1 I moved in I’m requesting to install new blinds because they moved me in an apartment with broken blinds, I stopped by the office numerous times their response was “ we are waiting for the order”, sent them numerous emails without even getting a response back or an update. Tenants piling up trash outside their door for over a week, nobody picked it up, I stopped by the office last week to bring the health concern this issue is causing but the lady who was at the office at that moment didn’t seem willing to help and to even hear me out, definitely got the I don’t care and don’t bother me vibe. Very unprofessional and very sad for that property. So just do yourself a favor and look for another place, don’t even think to move here."

"Had some problems for a few years. These guys came in and changed it all around. All amenities work. The gym, the pool, everything. The maintenance is well staffed, the buildings are cleaned out, the staff is friendly. Not everything is perfect of course. But they are trying to turn this place around so I highly recommend giving this place a try!"

"This place has been terrible and only gets worse with each change of management. The word "luxury" is a joke. The bill charges you for things that don't work (package lockers, valet trash, internet) AND services that are always closed (pool, gym). My roommates and I would bet on how long it takes to have maintenance requests fulfilled - with the optimist saying 2 weeks for the kitchen sink not working. I am SO glad that I ended our lease after 2 years. With the issues above and the complex being dirty with trash everywhere, this is NOT a place anyone should live."
