"Ive been a renter with piedmont since October and it hasn’t been a great experience. We’ve had plenty of issues ranging from hot water to burnt out lights and 0 of them have been fixed. Seems like they could care less since we already signed the lease. The techs they send to fix problems seem to be very inexperienced. I build homes for a living and the excuses we’ve been told aren’t even in the realm of possibilities. Rent payments haven’t gone through all 3 months now and when we reach out we have little to no communication. I have to go out of my way to give them money, imagine that. Maybe it’s just the manager we’ve been assigned but I’ve never experienced this level of incompetence."

"As a tennant, I am extremely disappointed in this management company. I can rarely if ever speak with anyone at their 'office' (merely a shared office space with a common receptionist area). Requests for service are dreadfully slow in responding if they respond at all. Two weeks ago we called in after hours when the refridgerator/freezer wouldn'y stay cold. I ended up fixing the problem myself since the technician never called back or showed up. If you are a property owner - think twice before you sign with them."
