"Nice apartment and appliances. Anything that has gone wrong in the unit is addressed promptly. Amenities are nice - the gym in particular. Has a bar and a Peloton, and you can reserve the clubroom for events. One of the greatest perks is the walkable proximity to Trader Joe's, and Mallard Creek greenway. Close to nature."

"Great experience with the staff as well as the exceptional living conditions and neighbors. The only minor inconvenience is that the units are not equipped with window screens. Besides that, it’s been quiet, clean, and a positive experience living here. I can only speak to my experience here but I see some others complain of neighbors and trash in hallways etc. I can comfortably say that I live in a unit with amazing neighbors and the hallways are always clean. If dirty and staff are notified they come and fix the issue the same day! The maintenance people are also very responsive. I had 3 work orders so far and all were handled within 24hrs. Top it all off with the great property manager, Michelle, who will go above and beyond to assist you with what you need. I strongly believe you make your experience what you want it to be. If you are clean and respectful, it will all come back around to you."

"We have been living here for three years. This is a modern apartment with every comfort. Great location, trader Joe's and Starbucks within walking distance. The apartments are spacious with large windows. There is a swimming pool and a gym on site. Near the forest."

"Formerly known as Novel Research Park, this place has been great. Jonathan and Bethany are wonderful event planners. The creativity and time they put into each event shows they care about the residents and the community. From food trucks to live music at happy hour, can’t get any better than that. The new leasing staff is very nice. Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests. The dog park is wonderful. My little pup Enzo drags me everyday to play there and hang with his furry friends. I will say this complex has an amazing view of the sunset. Sit by the fire pit with a beer in your hand and enjoy the view. The gym is great. The clubhouse is beautiful."

"Novel is such a beautiful and nice place to live. The apartments offer high end appliances and amenities in such a nice neighborhood. The apartment complexes are new and very clean . Must visit Clubhouse and Gym during your tour , its stunning. Ben and Marc are really helpful ,kind and very friendly .We are not sure how many times we toured with Ben ,but every time Ben was showing all the available options and helped us on getting the right apartment for us . We would highly recommend Novel at Research Park to any of my friends and family."
