"My internet is not up and running. Hopefully they will get the problem resolved today as I work from home and need the internet service in order to work. Also, the shower bar in the master bath is way too high and shower curtain does not reach the bottom and is causing puddles of water to get on floor and in linen closet. Just my opinion but there should have been a shower door installed. Other than that, everything else went fine."

"I am in the process of moving into this community. The neighborhood manager,Ebony Brown, has been wonderful and very helpful!! She has walked me through all the steps needed to complete the acceptance process. She is always willing to answer my questions. If my living at Redwood Kannapolis homes is as smoothly as the application process than I will be very happy here. I know it is because of Ebony that everything has gone smoothly. She just makes you feel that she is there for you. It speaks highly for the company to have such a capable and caring person as the complex manager."

"Beware, if they tell you they will work with you, don’t fall for it. They are very deceptive when it comes to this and I’m sure I’m not the only one to fall for it. You will lose out on a chance for a home and your application fees. My household makes triple, almost quadruple the rent cost for two bedroom. However, in full transparency we having been working to improve our credit. Never had issues with paying our rent or getting an apartment in the past. We were told no worries, we may just need to give extra deposit. We had no issue with that because we have the money. Placed our $225 for application fees and were denied. We were told nothing they could do and can’t work with us. We understand the $225 is non refundable but the point is the deception about the process and willingness to work with people. My family will be moving into a nicer home and glad we didn’t get accepted because if they are willing to be deceptive from the very start, who knows what was to be in the future."
