"I just moved in here and the walls are so thin. I can hear the upstairs neighbors literally peeing, the toilet flushing, when they take a shower. The walking sounds are the WORST so loud I have a constant headache, I'm woken up in the middle of the night because of it. I can hear the washing machine when in use, the music bass is loud. I've complained & sent videos of how loud the noises are & I was told I have to stay in the current apt 6months before being transferred. I'm highly disappointed that I can't enjoy my apt due to the noise level. I wouldn't recommend anyone living on the bottom floor."

"I recently had a maintenance issue in my apartment, and the response from Mr. Pierce was exceptional. He arrived promptly, fixed the problem efficiently, and even took the time to ensure everything else was in order. Mr. Pierce was professional, communicative, and left the space impeccably clean. Kudos for a job well done!"

"this place was phenomenal!! me and my husband’s current lease ends in november and we were stressed with how little availability there was so already… but Brittany made us feel safe and calm! she was knowledgeable and could answer every question we threw at her. and of course, the property was beautiful. definitely a 10/10, our favorite tour of the day!"

"I currently live here at MAA Prosperity Creek and my AC broke. The property hired a vendor to replace my AC and the vendor they hired scratched up my new furniture that I literally just bought. I have proof that the furniture was scratched and even maintenance knows I just purchased the furniture. Renter’s insurance doesn’t cover this & advised for me to get payment from the rental company. I have no kids or pets. Leasing manager said I can call the vendor myself because they called them and they said they didn’t do it. No remorse for the situation at hand at all. I’d never move to another MAA property due to my experience. & that response below is so fake. I have been giving the run around for weeks about talking to the region manager about the situation. THEY DO NOT CARE"

"It’s a good place to live for a quiet-but-not-too-far-from-the-city experience. 10 minute drive to the light rail, 20 minute drive to just about anything this side of Charlotte, and good apartment space. Also, the team is great. Mr. Pierce is a maintenance legend and Brittany in the office is always great to talk to."
