"I am beyond disappointed and very upset with Greystar Properties with managing such a horrific newly built townhomes. I moved into one of these units and management failed to mention that downstairs did NOT have any heat(while going into a week of freezing temperatures) I had to go through entirely too much with upper management who showed no sympathy whatsoever. Theres a few things I value which is honesty and integrity and they failed as a whole. I REFUSE to give my hard earned money to a company like this who doesn’t value and respect their residents, which is why I decided to get out of my lease here. Hopefully, this situation was a lesson learned with management and also the owners of this property. Be very careful and dot your I’s and cross your T’s when dealing with this property and their faulty construction that’s going on."

The building has everything that I need and it’s close to shopping and dining. Parking is a breeze for residents and guests. The staff is professional, friendly, very helpful and they treat the residents well. I absolutely love it here. I’m never leaving!"
