"Charmon the property manager is a great person I can describe her in one word she is the BEST. I come in with my work orders and she make sure they are done and follow up. I'm glad to have her that this property and I wish she never leave this property."

"Came here for a tour. Had it scheduled at 4:00 the woman told me they were closed and had no units available to show ( Even though I confirmed many times the tour date and she had said she seen my tour and the information for it.) She seemed as if she had an attitude and told me I had to join a wait list even though on the website it had no wait list and available units. Complete waist of time and false advertising already. I don’t recommend even applying. Staff needs to be changed and action needs to be taken"

"I called everyday of the week no response. I called again on Friday and was told “ I’ll call you right back “ just to not be called back ."

"First off let me say if you live out of state like me (South Carolina to be exact) you know how hard it is to find apartments in a different state. Finding affordable apartments in Charlotte has been a searching STRUGGLE for months. Then I came across "The Village of Rosedale Apartments" I read the reviews which were all pretty positive about the neighborhood, no violence, no random gun shots sounds at all hours of the day (which most apartments at this price experience), great price with some utilities like water/trash included, spacious, and great location. There were a lot of negative reviews about the staff not answering the phone (but lets be real if that's the ONLY negative thing people can say then that was still saying a lot)... But those reviews are VERY outdated, because I call ALL the time with random questions during their shift and Ms. Angelica and Ms. Shaderria always answer the phone and are ALWAYS so pleasant and informative. Tbh I don't even wanna live any where else because I know that if I lived here I would be fully taken care of. I'm not going to lie though you can tell that people really love living here because the turn over rate is NOT high at all.. to the point that the waiting list is almost two years long, so just be prepared to be patient."

"I have called for FOUR straight days no answer no call back. That’s beyond unprofessional. At least have the decency to answer that’s literally your job! And then I’m trying to figure out why Tyler (community manager) is responding to complaints about people not being able to reach them but giving them the same number. Please make it make sense! I just want to know about the apartment complex and availability."
