"This is a terrible place to live. My father has lived her for over 10 years and has loved it up until recently. I moved in with my dad 3 years ago and the past year has been aweful. The Parking here SUCKS! Both my father and I have had our cars towed in the middle of the night for parking in "illegal parking spots" each house gets one parking spot and there is very limited visitors parking. There have been multiple times when my father or I Can't even park in front of our apartment. The people in the office are no help and are very rude. They actually have a contract with the Jac's Towing and they allow them to come ride around in the middle of the night and tow peoples cars. The parking lot is always packed after 8pm and the only "extra visitors" parking is on a gravel lot at the beginning of the neighborhood but if all the gravel spots are full as well and you park on the grass be prepared for your car to get towed. They expect you to park on the roof of the building or something. The towing company will charge you anywhere from $169-$220 to get your car back and you have to drive 38 minutes to get to the towing company who also are very rude and Nasty. Why would you purposely want your tenants cars to be towed?! We live here and pay rent only to wake up and our car is gone! Ridiculous! I would never recommend any to move here! Moving out as soon as we can!"
