"I recently toured with Erin and wanted to share my feedback. I had a great tour and loved the property. I read some of the reviews before touring and they sounded a bit, crazy and outlandish. Nonetheless, this made me want to visit in person even more. I was greeted by Erin who gave me a wonderful tour and answered all my questions. While on our tour I got to meet a maintenance man that was cleaning up trash , which also gave me peace of mind when looking for a new place to call home. I can’t wait to apply when my lease ends!"

"Our maintenance technician Ja’Suan White & APM Erin Dunn are one of a kind. They respond and solve all of your problems if you have any. Plus when you see them they always speak and that’s big coming from someone who’s live in apartment buildings."

"I applied for a one bedroom loft. I was given the run around after paying a $275 admin fee just to apply. I was asked to change my original loft for a ADA unit instead of a regular unit because the one applied for was taken. Very unprofessional and non caring staff. I decided NOT to lease with this property. SCAM!!!!"

"Pricing is insane. This is not a nice area. You will area. You will hear cars racing all day long, gunshots, and deal with car break ins often. Gastonia isn’t Charlotte in terms of rental prices. If you’re seeking from out of state, don’t be fooled."
