"My fiancé and I toured an apartment here recently and it was absolutely disgusting. There was a dirty old mattress in the middle of the livingroom area and weird liquid stains all over the walls in every room. I can't believe they even allowed prospective residents in there. If this is the upkeep they maintain to entice prospective residents, I can't imagine it's any better if you actually live there. Super disappointing as we've lived in a MyNiche apartment previously and this one is definitely not up to their standards."
"Apt are nice. Except the walls are thin and it’s always yelling or loud talking. I’ve been here since the apts opened and now it seem like it’s getting progressively worse. Also there is trash being left in the hallways"
