"A RESPECTFUL, NEVER MISSED/LATE PAYMENT (until last month)tenant for 11yrs. Now that "Inlivian" has taken ownership I knew I post **THE TRUTH **. My fridge isn't working and I'm insulin dependent. Filed for emergency repairs and a 24hr response time was given!!! Wow, guess they'll be re-paying for more insulin!!. For over 3 months they've harassed me to include blocking my account because of mistakes which ARE NUMERICALLY VISIBLE but, THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT. I'm not able to pay my rent!! Also, on 10-10-2023 I was forced to temporarily house myself to attempt to get needed mental and physical rest as they continued to impose on my needs even to allow me to properly clothe myself. THIS COMMUNITY IS WORSE THAN A HELL HOLE!!!! THIS PLACE, IT'S MANAGEMENT, AND A HELL OF A LOT OF THE RESIDENTS HERE "HAVE NO Privacy, RESPECT OR DECENCY. FOR HUMANS. HUD allows these infringements. Along with our LOCAL STATE, CITY AND COUNTY LEADERS!!! I THINK EVEN ALL EX-CONS would prefer to stay put. WE ARE FORCED TO GIVE UP ALL RIGHTS TO PROTECT OURSELVES AND OUR HOMES. IF YOU DON'T AGREE..YOU DON'T GET IN!! RUN, RUN RUN!!"
"I have visited this place on several occasions and the rent office is always closed. I have tried to call and the number has been disconnected. They are NEVER available for people who want information on renting the property"
"The apartments are maintained decently enough but the issues at the apartments make it an interesting place to live"
"It completely sucks to live here. It is income based but the limits are so low that they’ll tell you that you make too much and put you in tax credit. They don’t allow you to have family and friends stay with you while they are visiting. They never answer the phone in the front office. They are just completely the worst place to live. I’ve had mold multiple times and they spray bleach on it and don’t properly clean it. Don’t move here. Ever."
"So glad to have a new leasing agent in the office . She is always there, answer calls, and her door is always open to help you answer questions or if you need to talk. The maintenance man is the best get things taking care of same day. Great neighborhood to stay in.."
