Avalon Hawk

"Avalon hawk is top notch for an apartment in south end. Apartments are super nice and upscale compared to your typical southend apartment. Location is also great, everything is a close and convenient walk. Staff members are awesome and very pleasant to deal with! I would definitely recommend Avalon hawk over any other apartment!!"

"I like my apartment, the problem is the person living below me likes to play their music very loud at all times of the day/night. Best to stay away from the 7th floor and the floors above and below 7 as it's loud. If on the 7th floor, you'll need to be a pot lover, as the smell of marijuana is very prevalent. Many have moved out over this issue. I have complained to building management and they do nothing about this issue!"

"What a delightful place! Thinking of moving to Charlotte so I toured Avalon Hawk since it's basically in the middle of my favorite part of town, Southend. It was a great experience, from the beautiful design of the apartments to the leasing team kindly answering all of my million questions! And Nicole, was so professional and pleasant! Go see them if you are thinking of moving to Charlotte!!"

"Well, they let you smoke in your apartments and be as loud as you want with no repercussions, which is cool if you smoke. I don’t personally. The management “on-site” is terrible, and upper management in New York is just as bad. Apparently it’s the Wild West, if you have an issue you have to take care of it yourself. We had a homeless guy actually living in the building and me and another tenant had to physically remove them, and now he’s been seen at another Avalon property just roaming doing what he wants. Parking garage is terrible, but the location is good at least. One beds are actually studios, 2 bed rooms are one bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms are really 2 bedrooms with an open office area. I’d just wait until the two other luxury apartments are done across the street, and save yourself the hassle."

"Avalon Hawk is an awesome property! Love the contemporary finishes and the views are amazing. Plenty of walkable dining and activities. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This is definitely a top pick in South End!"
