"This apartment building is fabulous. The 1 bedroom I have is spacious with a large kitchen and closet. The staff are always super helpful and make it a point to remember everyone's name and go above and beyond! From the first day I walked in to view the apartments, the leasing office made this feel like "home". Melody and Thomas organize incredible events for the residents and it has really helped all of us get to know our neighbors. We always look forward to seeing what events they will be offering each month! I have made some great friends in this building and this is hands down the best apartment building I have lived in!"

The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator with ample space for the parking car. . I enjoyed living here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with lots of breweries and restaurants. Melody and Thomas keep arranging events to keep neighbors as team and friends. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.""
"I was on a tight deadline to find a new home moving from a different city. Right as I walked into the leasing office I knew this was the place! The leasing staff was upbeat, super friendly, and offered me refreshments. They didn't seem bored like many other communities that I toured. The application process was super simple. The leasing agent Yves was amazing and patient with all my questions and they are quick to respond to email."
