"I will never trust Sonya with my livelihood for me and my kids. Grants are a waste because she treats people disgustingly rude and speaks in a very offensive and inappropriate tone. I’d rather be on a 30 year waiting list. That lady was awful. Get a new property manager. This company will not get my information because I walked out. I will be contacting the companies that finance this prison!!!! The nerve!!! Absolutely not Sonya!!"
"Got evicted from here not because I couldn't pay rent although they would say otherwise but because of my three year old boy which I have a hard time controlling and the property manager had a problem with me. She is nice to who she wants to be nice to. She is even there when she is not supposed to be. I even swear she has been in the apartment I rented when I wasn't there. Something always seemed off when I got back."
"Apartments are very spacious and clean! It checked all my boxes. However, the property manager is very rude and has used several scare tactics with residents here. People continue to leave due to how they’re being treated. I had a small fire on Christmas eve due to some decorations that were old. The fire was put out with minimum damages. Instead of asking if me and my kids were ok the property manager came to my apartment very rude to me and was asking other residents to write a witness statement so she could get me and my children put out. Never experienced anything like this. I will be reaching out to corporate shortly to file a complaint."
