Bridges At Quail Hollow Apartments

"I used to like this place; however, management is terrible now. They don't listen to your concerns. They don't return phone calls. They don't even answer the phone. I have been living here over a 1 1/2 years, and the only person who USED to act like they cared was Ayanna. Apartment upstairs from me flooded, leaving my bathroom ceiling and bedroom ceiling stained. They entered my apartment without notifying me they were coming to fix, bleached everything in my bathroom, towels, washcloths, everything that was on my sink, all had to be thrown away. The smell of bleach was so strong, that the smoke detector was screaming for over a half hour until maintenance came and took it down, only to tell me it was the carbon monoxide causing it to sound. My car was towed TWICE in one week to the tune of $560, because I was parked in the handicap space. The first time, okay, I'll accept it but when police arrived they told me it was not legal, because there is no pole with the sign posted. I have video of the man next door to me, parked in the handicap spot 2 days in a row, with EXPIRED TAGS, and his truck has not been towed. Calling the leasing office to address this concern, they won't answer. Sent emails, no response. I pay my rent ever month, on time, without hesitation, yet the treatment that I'm receiving is absolutely terrible!! Then the rent went from $1372 to $1569 which is absolutely ridiculous!! I cannot wait to move out of this place!! Do yourself a favor, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!"

"I lived in these apartments for 5 years. A lot of space, great floorplan. Management has changed - yes, however maintenance was still spot on for the most part. I did begin to worry about crime though as there were a couple of major incidents that took place there while I lived there. Bridges absolutely needs to install cameras on their property - there are some fairly dark spots in those parking lots and all kinds of things can happen. As many of the comments say though, TJ is an asset, a major one. No major issues while I stayed there. The rent increases were very very reasonable, I'm shocked that they can keep it as low as it is in such a desirable area. The biggest perk to living at Bridges though is the LOCATION. The train is a mile up the street. The plaza (which is a 30 second drive away) has all of the basic stores and shops that one could need. G's mart is also an incredibly convenient little store. I must say, for the 5 years I lived at Bridges, I absolutely loved the place. And if I ever were to go back to apartment living, Bridges would be number 1 on my list!!"

"I would like to commend TJ for his good and prompt service. Everything that I have requested in my time here he has been very professional and effective. I don't have any complaints in regards to his work and ethic representing this property guidelines and expectations. He is always kind and I can see him on the property and he will always be more than happy to help me or answer any questions. I enjoy him being around and trust him to enter my home whether I'm present or not. Thanks!"

"Horrible to say the least. I lived there for years and finally left. I'm almost ashamed to say that the place was ran better when it was a white woman and a latina woman who were running the property. The white woman was terrible, she thought she was running a home owners association. The Latina was very nice and professional. This current group, I'm ashamed to say this because I'm black, is a joke. Because they are black. The pool area has become a night time hang out. No one is on the property, as far as a leasing manager. They run things from the other apartment complex, The Crossings. I would love to see their reviews. Maintenance, you don't even feel comfortable with them in your apartment. The roaches are ridiculous. I read a review where they offered someone complaining to call, FOR WHAT. Everything they were saying was true. You want to talk to person so you can put on your professional voice. Because that's all she has, is a professional voice. I don't want to get personal, but I really wonder where they hiring from. Because if this group has a degree, I'd rather them seek hiring thru the Goodwill Program. I can go on, but it would sound personal. Avoid this place like a plague."

"Coming from a former resident: If you expect professional, timely, and productive actions from managing staff I’m sorry but you WILL NOT see that here. If you have any issues they have no problem ignoring your calls and requests for help. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the cockroaches! If you love having a few pet cockroaches at a time in your apartment you’re sure to love it here! What a warm surprise in the morning when you see one on the ceiling, really wakes you up! And again if you have any issues staying here you can always call the management but they’ll be sure to leave you hanging! I honestly commend them, it’s been 6 months now and they still have yet to answer! Good luck!"
