"Terrible air quality Overcharging rent Two bedrooms only have one window and no closet. Common areas in hallways and breezeways do not have lights at night. You cannot see getting into your apartment. They are towing cars of residence that has stickers provided by the Rent office and still towing cars residence in this neighborhood are using the bathroom Outside on the steps There is urine and feces Outside in the grass on the steps in the walkways, it’s everywhere trash everywhere It is very unpleasant worst decision ever"

"DO NOT COME HERE. In the 7-8 that i’ve lived in these apartments it has been terrible, absolutely atrocious. for one management and maintenance are lazy and refuse to fix anything no matter the severity of it they constantly brush it off no matter how much you stress. in august my apartment was flooded TWICE solely because of their poor infrastructure and i practically begged for a new apartment or threatened to take legal action and throughout the entire time me bringing up numerous issues with both units from black mold,broken amenities, and nasty spider and roach infestations do not let the pretty pictures you see fool you.They close down the washing machine for days on end with no communication with residents and ever since i lived in my transfer which mind you is worse than the actual first apartment i’ve put in 10 work orders and only two have been addressed. finally they have a blatant bias towards the latino community from any other race. so if you’re not latino i implore you go somewhere else because they could care less about you or your discrepancies. this complex from the apartments to management and staff are the literal definition of slumlords. do not waste your money here."

"I lived here in 2022 and would not recommend. The unkept community, gunshots, homeless person sleeping in the laundry room, attitude from the office staff, and wrongful towing of my car made for an overall negative experience."

"This is my first apartment and the experience has been so disappointing. i’ve been here since april and i’ve already have put in NINE work orders, they refuse to fix the abysmal floor job as it leaks glue randomly and leave a mess for me to clean, bugs. especially spiders and cockroaches no matter how clean i keep my house there’s gonna be one somewhere. idk how my apartment passed inspection because this can’t be up to code not worth 1195 every month excluding the random fees. recently my apartment was flooded because it couldn’t handle the weather and they still have YET to get the water extracted and now i fear mold is going to grow soon. i don’t want to pay that much money for an apartment poorly constructed."

"Can do better with answering the phone after someone pays $350 for deposit and application.. UPDATE: they reached out with deposit couple months later and told me I had to pick up the deposit. That there is no other way for me to receive it but to pick it up. Did I drop it off? No. They said they need proof that it’s me. Did they need proof when I paid them ? No. They’re just trying to keep my money. I’m in a different state and it’s a few ways they can verify it’s me. OH AND DENISE ATTITUDE SUCKS. Now when I call she just leaves me on hold. UPDATE! Now they will not answer the phone! AT ALL. I move. Next week and I will come pick up the check in person but NO ANSWER. I’m glad this place did not work for me"
