If he says he’s going to take care of something for you, he gets it done! Mike is always friendly. He always waves to us as he drives by on his golf cart. He even lets my kids call him “Mr Mike & Ike”. He is an asset to the Cottonwood Community."

"I have consistently experienced the best apartment living with Cottonwood Reserve in Charlotte. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. The ladies in the front office are very professional and provide excellent service and always prioritize the tenants. The staff at Cottonwood Reserve are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live."

"Don’t get into a wreck and live here! First of all they tell everyone they are a gated community but the gates have been out of service the past 4 months I’ve been here. I bet their insurance company and potential roomers would love to know about the cockroach infestation as well. Can’t even walk ur dog at night without them crawling over your feet. They’re in the units, outside, including mice as well! We got into a wreck and totaled our car, we revived our new car 3 days ago. They towed our new car today after we just got over this hill of a wreck bc there was not a tag on our new vehicle we got 3 days ago (even tho our plate is registered with the complex) so they towed it this morning. They can pay a tow company to go around back (bc the front gate isn’t working) to tow a residents car but not a pest control service to deal with the insect issue. We will be breaking our lease due to uninhabitable living quarters. They also sent an email 3 times for a truck like 2 months ago that still has never been towed but let’s tow our car 3 days after getting it w/o a single warning. This place is beyond a joke. Over charging for units with utilities from the 90’s that haven’t been renovated so water gets in the holes of the walls and under the doors and that’s most likely we’re the bugs get in as well."
