Timberstone Townhomes

"Lovely, quite townhomes close to great parks. I met with Shea today to see a 2 bedroom townhouse apartment. The unit was very clean and airy, lots of windows, which lets the sun in. The grounds was clean and had a good size dog park for my dog. Shea was polite and welcoming and very knowlegable about the community."

"Timberstone Townhomes seemed really amazing according to the pictures on their website, so I applied for an apartment on 10/10/22. I visited the property to check it out. I noticed a lot of areas looked nothing like the pictures on the website. There is a lot of dilapidation in the front section townhomes. There's also a torn fence and what looks like an old call box that uprooted from the cement and is leaning toward the ground. I'm hoping that front section of townhomes is being renovated and is not occupied by tenants. It looks unlivable. Actually, the entire property is in need of serious power washing. HOWEVER, the center section and back townhomes look rather nice. Nice enough to make me not change my mind about becoming a tenant. Overall, I think it is a lovely little quaint community and I'm looking forward to meeting the property manager for a tour of their 1-bedroom townhome. Hopefully, in due time, the new management will pull this property together. It has the potential to be as amazing as the website pictures portray it to be."

"The new management has made a lot of improvements since taking over in June/July (???). There is a long list of things that needs improvement but they have been checking it off their list of things slowly but surely. I think that given a few more months this will be a great place to live. It is already pretty quite and no real issues and Soma and Marissa are wonderful and very responsive. The new management unfortunately bought a property that was terrible but since taking over they are making it much more bearable."

"Moved out 4 months ago and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Last summer my AC was out for 6 weeks before they had someone come out to repair it. Even emergency repairs like water leaks and plumbing issues take weeks to fix if they're repaired at all. These units are worse than section 8 housing. The only reason it's not section 8 is because then they might have some sort of standards to uphold. At least the new girl in the office actually answers the phone. The last one was never in the office. They replace the office staff every year too. Pay a little more money to live somewhere nicer. Moving out of this place was the best decision I ever made. Edit 8/29/18: 6 months later and they still haven't returned my deposit. They won't respond to my emails and I get no where with them on the phone. I plan on filing a lawsuit against them. If you're reading these reviews, stay far away from this place."
