"I lived in this apartment since March 2019 of which I never miss to pay my rent every 1st or 2nd day of the month. It has been different manager, different staff each time you visit their office. It was stated in the lease that i'm entitled to them washing my carpet once in a year, but each time I requested for it; nothing will be done and by the time I go back to the office again...it'll be another set of people I will meet there (and they'll obviously not have a record of your complain to the previous staff). They never pick their calls and never bother to call back, the current manager Roberta Martin was so rude with a very nasty attitude, talks to you anyhow and she even walked me out of her office just because I was telling her that I was been overcharged on the resident portal. I moved out Sept. 30th but couldn't submit my key because they closed 04:45pm instead of the 05:00pm on their hours of operation sign. I was cleared for moving out on October 2nd and that I won't get my security deposit back because the rug (which they never washed) was dirty (even when I lived alone without kids nor pet). And I was charged a late fee on the 6th of October for 5% of $364.94 ( how's that possible? does that means a night that I didn't not even spent there goes for $364.94). In conclusion, they have a very poor customer service and not enough parking space as parking is based on first come, first serve."

"They are amazing. I live in 2118 my sons love being in the office because they hand them snacks. They are great with maintenance. They respond very quickly to your needs. The boys get snacks from there they do special events during holidays for the apartment complex kids! They have amazing staff. We have been here for about 3 years. Highly recommend moving here it’s very good place for a family! And even single people as well. You definitely come to check this place out!!"
