Enclave at Rivergate

"Do not move into 12226-108 its mold contaminated! Mold growing on my kids belongings in her closet. I reported poor air quality to Management within a few days of moving in. I've been experiencing gnat infestation for a few months. And, now I find mold in my kids room. I've only lived here for 5 months. There's no telling how long we've been inhaling mold. Maintainence and Management do not have any urgency to investigate this mold in my unit. This is an unfit and non-habitable living environment. They addressed City of Charlotte minimum efforts by painting over the mold on the wall. Enclave at Rivergate did nothing to address my concerns as the paying tenant. Again, I lost 90% of me and my baby's belongings. This was definitely a compromised unit with heavy moisture issues that causes mold. I even had mold on my kitchen dishes. **It's disheartening to read that you feel you addressed the mold concerns that damaged 90% of me and my baby's belongings. The mold concerns were never remedied. I paid out of pocket to learn about the (4) mold types discovered in the apartment after Enclave failed to help. This mold was affecting me and my baby's health as well as damaged our belongings ( everything). I contacted the City of Charlotte because your staff didn't know what to do; and ignored finding out why mold was growing in our unit. The City of Charlotte ensured me they do not evaluate mold, only code violations. City of Charlotte did recognize the moisture leak that was in my babys room. After they evaluated my unit, I still didn't understand the severe mold growth. Again, your property management had no compassion for my loss. It's 4 months later, and we're still without the things that were damaged. I'm still hurt to remember what me and my baby experienced and lost; and that Enclave at Rivergate feels they did their best."

"I’ve been living here for almost two years and it’s easily the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I moved here after relocating and after only reviewing one apartment complex, I felt confident knowing didn’t have to look anywhere else. The apartments are spacious, renovated, have plenty of natural light, most importantly feel safe. I’ve enjoyed the amenities, the rewards program that give gift cards to popular restaurants and retailers if you engage. As well as the weekly food truck events that help us support local businesses without having to leave the parking lot. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Damien, Ashley, and Janell have made sure to handle any questions or concerns answered and resolved quickly. The maintenance team is phenomenal! Billy and Ray show up within 24hours or less to fix anything that needs attention. They are extremely polite and helpful to not only help, but to educate in case of future issues. Also, the location is fantastic. Plenty of notable retailers and restaurants for any event. Great place to call home!"

The Enclave really offers many great amenities and their properties feel more like a home than just an apartment. Great location too! We highly recommend them!"

He made me feel very welcomed and answered any questions that arose. He is very detailed and addressed all my concerns. The community is beautiful and very clean. I loved how spacious the apartments were and everything feels modern. I was sold after my tour and submitted an application. Within a few days I was approved! I am excited to call this place home in a few weeks! I would rate this place 10/10."
